What’s behind those beautiful decors

After over 10 years in this industry, Shunda has been alaredy made products through rigorous, standardized and systematic process.

From the basic raw materials like sand, cement, clay, pigment, bubble wrap, carton ect., we double check with our reliable suppliers. From the every begining of product design till the fresh finished product, we have our team leaders to review the qulaity. For exmaple, our cement products are water proof, freeze resistant and can be safely used with an outside extremely cold temperature just like in Northern Europe. Our oil lamp with SGS certification is applied to European markets, and CA65 for North American markets.

We always believe that discovering and solving problems in time is a big part of the QC process. We made mistakes but we solved them too. With the improving product quality and OEM/ODM services, we have earned good reputation from our worldwide clients. This is why our products are available on all continents.

Q1: How does Shunda ensure its products QC?

A1: Basicaly, every products from Shunda will undergo two inspection processes. From the original materials to the finished products, we will test the quality from the color, weight, shape and size ect. Then we also invite our business partners and their China mainland representativs to our factory for another round of inspection.

Q2: How about the packing?

A2: Actaully we provide several packing style but for all the item’s transportation safe, we will still advice our client the better packing and storing. Even when the container loading in our factory, we have our representative there supervising everything’s moving smoothly. And in case any damage, we can replace it in time. On-time delivery always Shunda’s pursuit.

Q3: How will you do if some products failed?

A3: No matter in which process, as long as we found out failed products, 1, 2 or even a whole batch, we will just dispose accordingly for recycle or other purpose.
